In this unique project eight of the finest folk musicians of their generation gathered together to create new works based upon the life and collections of Cecil Sharp. The results were spectacular, receiving a 4 star Guardian rating and critical acclaim from BBC Radio 3’s In Tune and BBC Radio 4’s Front Row. Cecil Sharp House is accessible to patrons in wheelchairs on the foyer floor only, providing access to events in Kennedy Hall, the Library and adapted toilet facilities.
