Protecting the information on-line All systems used by us are protected using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for all sensitive information transfer Credit card or charge card data is stored by HSBC who operate our payment system and not by the EFDSS Access to personal information within the company is limited on a strictly "Need to know" basis Our internal accounting system is password protected on a single computer accessible only by sales staff
